YOUR TRIP, MADE SIMPLE
October - March
Build your own budget: outbound and return fares, room rate × nights, meals, local transport or guide, and entry fees. Split only shared costs within a group. Current prices are not confirmed here; ask providers for a direct quote.
Ghoorism planning suggestion: two days with one or two nights.
For a family trip, check beds, washrooms, travel breaks and meals before leaving. Keep fewer stops for children and older travelers. Confirm wheelchair or step-free access directly rather than assuming it is available.
BUILD YOUR ESTIMATE
Enter confirmed rates; these are not live prices. Room count assumes two people sharing.

GET TO KNOW THE PLACE
Kuakata is an 18-kilometer panoramic beach at the southernmost tip of Bangladesh. Famous for Gangamati mangrove forest, Rakhine villages, Buddhist temples, and the ancient wells.
Compare a direct Kuakata bus with road connections through Patuakhali or Kalapara. Check the actual drop-off and hotel transfer. If using a launch, confirm its current route and onward road connection with the operator.
October - March
Respect local communities. Carry out your rubbish, ask before taking portraits and use a local guide where appropriate. Check current weather and access before setting off.
Compare beach-area hotels with resorts farther away by transport convenience. Ask about sea views, family rooms, water, lifts, breakfast and check-in. Confirm early-morning gate access and transport if leaving before dawn.
For seafood, agree the weight, cooking charge and total price first. Check packaging and storage information when buying dried fish. Plan drinking water and meals for local outings.

Gangamati, Lebur Char and Rakhine-area stops may need different routes. Specify stops, waiting and return time for a local vehicle quote. For a boat outing, check weather and life jackets.
Discuss eastern and western routes and tidal conditions with a local guide. Follow local dress, photography and conduct rules when visiting temples.
Rakhine culture, Buddhist temples and dried-fish production are part of Kuakata’s identity. Seek permission before entering homes or workplaces and ask sellers directly about local products.
Allow time to get from your hotel to the return bus counter. Keep distant char or boat outings short on departure day. Rain and changing coastal weather can affect timings.
